If you are a current member who has lost his or her active membership status, and therefore access to the online site, because you missed the deadline for dues payment, you will need to complete the form below (it will repopulate your information for the database, which has been deleted if you went inactive), but DO NOT need to fill out a new National application.  Your membership will not be renewed until a $200 check made out to “Psi Omega Fraternity” is received by the Treasurer.

 Welcome to the first step of membership in Psi Omega

Psi Omega is only as good as its members make it, and our members are fantastic! Dental school is stressful, there is no way around it, but having a great group of people to go through it with (and upperclassmen who have been there and done that) makes it much easier. Parties on weekends, study groups for hard classes, great advice in the preclinic lab; it all adds up to an invaluable membership in a long-standing tradition at Ohio State: Psi Omega.

If you are brand new to Psi Omega (D1, DHY3, or first time upperclassmen member) please follow these directions:

• Write a check payable to “Psi Omega Fraternity” for either $75 (Hygiene members) or $200 (DDS members) and turn it in to an officer or rush chair. If it is more convenient, you can mail the check and form to “Secretary, 85 E 13th Ave, Columbus, OH 43201″.
• Fill out the form below to be entered into the Psi Omega membership database. This will give you access to the restricted online site (once your check is received and membership confirmed by an officer) and allow us to keep a streamlined, paperless member list for easy communication.
